What to expect

Materials

Our Table Plans designs are professionally printed on high quality, large format poster stock and then mounted to a 3mm foam board. Your Table Plans will arrive with you securely packaged and ready to use. You can display your seating plan on a table, easel or stand. We advise speaking with your venue as they may have an easel you can use, or at least some great suggestions of where to display your Table Plans in your reception venue.

Packaging

Ensuring your Wedding Table Plan arrives with you safely is our number one concern. With this in mind, we securely package all table plans in layered cardboard, with plastic corner protectors. In the unlikely event that your table plan is mishandled during transit and has subsequently resulted in damage to your board, just let us know we'll be happy to replace your wedding table plan as a matter or urgency.

You can create your wedding table plan design before or after you place your order.*

We have 2 ways to create your design:

  1. You can create your design yourself using our online design tool. Once purchased, we'll pair your order with your design and send you a confirmation email before print.
  2. We can create your design for you. Simply send us your wording and design requirements and we'll show you your table plan design for approval before print.

  • How do I personalise my Table Plans?

    We have 2 ways to create your design:

    1. You can create your design yourself using our online design tool. Once purchased, we'll pair your order with your design and send you a confirmation email before print.
    2. We can create your design for you. Simply send us your wording and design requirements and we'll show you your Table Plans design for approval before print.

  • What size are your Table Plans boards?

    We offer three great Wedding Table Plan sizes - we personally recommend A1.
    A3 - 420 x 297mm
    A4 - 594 x 420mm
    A1 - 841 x 594mm
    The listing photos represent an A1 table plan.

    If you'd like a smaller or larger size table plan get in touch and we'll be happy to create a custom order for you.

  • How thick are your Table Plans boards?

    Your Table Plans will be professionally mounted to 3mm foam board and it will arrive ready to use. We would recommend displaying your table plan on an easel - check with your venue as they may have an easel you can use.

  • How many tables can you fit on the Table Plans design?

    There is no limit to the number of tables you can include on your Table Plans design. Whether you require as little as four tables on your table plan or as many as thirty, we can adapt the design to meet your requirements. We'll always make the design work for any size wedding but if we think the size you've chosen will be too small for the number of tables you require, we will advise increasing your table plan size.

  • When should I order my Table Plans?

    Knowing when to order your wedding table plan can be tricky. You want to ensure it arrives comfortably in time for your wedding whilst also ensuring any last minute guest list changes are accounted for. With this in mind, we recommend beginning your design process 2-3 weeks before your big day with the view to have your order ready to print 10 days before it's needed. This will ensure we can print, dispatch and delivery your table plan in time for your wedding, whilst also accounting for any last minute drop-outs or add-ons. Table Plans

  • Do you offer matching table stationery?

    Yes. We can help with anything you need printed for your wedding, even if it's not available in our shop. We can ensure your designs match and accept most bespoke requests. In our shop you'll find all the essential wedding day items, place cards, table name cards, welcome signs, order of service booklets and more. If there's something you require that you can't see in our shop, please get in touch and we'll let you know what we can do.
