  • What size are your Wax Seals?

    Most of the wax seal designs are 25mm Circles. The 'Love' design and the 'Simple Heart' design are slightly bigger at 32mm. 

  • Can I have a custom design instead of one of your templates?

    Our template designs allow us to offer you high quality Wax Seals with a fast turnaround, at an affordable price. We have a good selection to choose from. However if you'd like something custom, just let us know before you order and we'll let you know the cost.

  • Do you offer any other finishing options for my wedding stationery?

    We offer a range of finishing options for your wedding stationery. Envelope Address Printing, Envelope Lining, Ties, Twine & Wraps and more. If there's something specific you have in mind, let us know and we'll be happy to help.

  • What's your turn around time for Wax Seals?

    We make our Wax Seals in house and the standard production time is 1-2 working days. However if you're orderings large quantities, the production estimates are as follows:

    • 1-250 - 1-2 w/d
    • 251-500 - 2-3 w/d
    • 501-1000 - 3-4 w/d
    • 1001-2500 - 4-5 w/d
    • 2501-5000 - 5-8 w/d
    • 5001-7500- 8-13 w/d
    • 7501-10,000 - 13-17 w/d
    • 10,001-15,000 - 17-25 w/d
    • 15,000-20,000 - 25-33 w/d

    These are just estimates. If you're in a particular rush, please let us know before you place your order and we'll let you know what we can do.

  • Do you have any other colour options?

    Just like our template designs, our house colours allow us to keep your wax seals affordable and fast. However if you'd like a different colour wax seal, we'll be happy to source it for you. Just let us know before you purchase and we'll send over a catalogue of colours to choose from.

  • Can I order Wax Seals in bulk?

    Yes you can order as little as 1, with no maximum limit. We make them all in house and can work to tight deadlines. If you're a business looking for order Wax Seals for a campaign, let us know your requirements and deadline and we'll let you know how quickly we can get them to you.
