TavernCreative – Photo Submission Terms & Conditions

Thank you for considering sharing a photo from your wedding day with us. We love seeing how your stationery fits into your big day, and we truly appreciate every image that’s shared. To make sure everything is clear and handled with respect, please take a moment to read through the following terms and conditions before submitting your photo.

 

1. Eligibility to Submit

By submitting a photo via our online form, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are the photographer or have permission from the photographer to share the image

  • You have obtained the necessary consent from anyone clearly identifiable in the image (e.g. guests, bridal party)

 

2. How Your Photo May Be Used

By uploading your photo, you grant TavernCreative a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and irrevocable licence to:

  • Share your photo on our website, email newsletters, and printed marketing materials

  • Post your photo on our social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok

  • Feature the image in our advertising, press releases, blog content, or digital promotions

You agree that your photo may be cropped, resized, or edited slightly to suit different formats, while retaining the spirit and intent of the original image.

We will always aim to credit the photographer and any vendors you list when sharing the image, provided accurate details are supplied.

 

3. Credit & Collaboration

We strongly believe in collaboration and proper crediting. If you provide the names, handles, or websites of other vendors involved in your wedding (such as the photographer, venue, florist, stylist, etc.), we’ll do our best to include them in our posts wherever possible.

If you are a vendor and wish to discuss licensing or repost permissions separately, please contact us directly.

 

4. Right to Withdraw

If at any time you change your mind and no longer wish for your photo to be used:

  • Simply email us at studio@taverncreative.com with your request

  • We will remove the image from all platforms within 7 working days

  • Please note that content already shared on social media may remain visible on third-party sites or via reshares, which are beyond our control

 

5. Data Handling & Privacy

We only collect the information you voluntarily provide via the submission form, including:

  • Your name and email address

  • Names and handles for crediting purposes

  • Any captions or notes you include with your image

This information is used solely for the purposes of processing and sharing your photo submission and is stored securely. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

 

6. Final Notes

We may not be able to feature every photo we receive, but we truly value each one. By submitting, you help us showcase real moments and inspire future couples planning their big day.
