What to expect

Card Stock

We will print your Wedding Program Booklet Designs on Fedrigoni Old Mill Bianco, a luxurious 350gsm off-white card stock with a subtle texture. Paper insert pages will be on a lighter stock

Delviery

We will ship your Order of Service booklets with DHL Express. This service is fast, fully tracked and very reliable.

The estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

  • UK: 1-2 Working Days
  • Europe: 2-4 Working Days
  • USA: 1-4 Working Days
  • Everywhere Else: 2-6 Working Days.

Sample Order of Service booklets are sent with 1st class post and the estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

  • UK: 1-4 Working Days
  • Europe: 8-12 Working Days
  • USA: 8-16 Working Days
  • Everywhere Else: 10-20 Working Days

This service isn't tracked, but is very reliable. You're welcome to upgrade your sample order to Express Delivery at the checkout.

Design

You can create your Order of Service before or after you place your order.*

We have 2 ways to create your design:

  1. You can create your design yourself using our online design tool. Once purchased, we'll pair your order with your design and send you a confirmation email before print.
  2. We can create your design for you. Simply send us your names and design requirements and we'll show you your place card designs for approval before print.

*Free design service and our online design tool isn't available for bespoke designs or venue sketch/illustration wedding booklets

FAQs - Order of Service

  • How do I personalise my Order of Service design?

    If you're ordering a 4 page or an 8 page booklet you can use our online design tool to create your own design before you buy. For booklets of 12 pages or more, you can send us your wording and we'll create your design for you once purchased. Longer booklets are more difficult to typeset consistently so we haven't made these available on our design tool.

  • What size are your Order of Service?

    Our order of service booklets are A5 when folded shut. That's 148x210mm. This is a good size for Order of Service booklets but if you had a different size or format in mind for your wedding, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

  • How thick are your Order of Service?

    We will print your Wedding Program Booklet Designs on Fedrigoni Old Mill Bianco, a luxurious 350gsm off-white card stock with a subtle texture. Paper insert pages will be on a lighter stock

  • Can I add photos to my Order of Service booklets?

    Yes the designs can be completely customised to suit you. If you'd like to add photos on the front cover, back cover or internal pages or your order of service booklet designs, just let us know when you place your order. Similarly, you're welcome to customise the design to suit you, if you'd like to add icons, QR codes and more, we'll be happy to accommodate your request.

  • When should I order my Order of Service?

    We recommend beginning your design process 2-3 weeks before your big day with the view to have your order ready to print 10 days before it's needed. This will ensure we can print, dispatch and delivery your Order of Service in time for your wedding.

  • Do you offer matching table stationery?

    Yes. We can help with anything you need printed for your wedding, even if it's not available in our shop. We can ensure your designs match and accept most bespoke requests. In our shop you'll find all the essential wedding day items: table plans, table name cards, welcome signs and more. If there's something you require that you can't see in our shop, please get in touch and we'll let you know what we can do.
