Wedding Menu Printing for Every Style and Table Setting
Our wedding menu printing service is designed to suit a wide range of wedding styles, from elegant formal receptions to relaxed modern celebrations. Whether you are planning a classic sit-down wedding breakfast or an informal evening meal, professionally printed menus help guide your guests through the courses while elevating your table décor.
Choose from clean, minimal layouts or more decorative designs that feature illustrations, borders or soft colour palettes. Our wedding menus are carefully designed to feel balanced and easy to read, while still adding a thoughtful finishing touch to your place settings.
Personalised Wedding Menus with Your Wording
Every wedding menu can be fully personalised with your chosen wording, course details and dietary notes. Many couples include starter, main and dessert options, while others opt for a simpler layout that lists the courses without specific dish choices.
You can also personalise your menus to reflect the tone of your day, whether that is formal and traditional or relaxed and informal. From refined typography to modern layouts, our wedding menu printing ensures your menus feel cohesive with the rest of your stationery rather than like an afterthought.
Designed to Coordinate with Your Wedding Stationery
As a dedicated wedding stationery shop, our wedding menus are designed to coordinate seamlessly with the rest of your table stationery. Many couples choose to match their menus with wedding place cards, table plans and order of service booklets for a cohesive and considered look.
If you have already chosen invitations or save the dates from our collection, your wedding menu printing can be designed to carry the same fonts, colours and overall style through to the reception tables.
When to Use Wedding Menus at Your Reception
Wedding menus are most commonly placed at each place setting or shared between guests along the centre of the table. They are particularly useful for formal meals, weddings with multiple courses or celebrations where dietary requirements need to be clearly communicated.
Even for more relaxed weddings, printed menus add a polished finishing touch and help create a styled, intentional table layout that photographs beautifully.

FAQs - Wedding Menu Printing

How do I personalise my Wedding Menu Printing?
We have 2 ways to create your design:
- You can create your design yourself using our online design tool. Once purchased, we'll pair your order with your design and send you a confirmation email before print.
- We can create your design for you. Simply send us your wording and design requirements and we'll show you your Wedding Menu Printing design for approval before print.
-
What size are your Wedding Menu Printing cards?
Our Wedding Menu Printing cards are 99x210mm. This is classic size for menus to be displayed on a place setting, but if you had a different size or format in mind for your wedding, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
-
How thick are your Wedding Menu Printing prints?
Your Wedding Menu Printing cards will be printed on a 350gsm, off-white, uncoated card stock with a subtle texture. Old Mill Bianco is our signature card. It's luxurious, a great thickness and works well with all of our designs.
If you would prefer a different card for your Wedding Menu Printing cards please let us know when you place your order. We can change your Wedding Menu Printing stock to a smooth high white, a one-side coated card stock or if you'd like something custom, just let us know and we'll be happy to source it for you.
-
Can I personalise my Wedding Menu Printing cards with guest names and meal choices?
Yes, if you'd like to personalise your Wedding Menu Printing cards with your guest names and their meal choices, please let us know before you place your order and we'll let you know the additional costs and design requirements.
-
When should I order my Wedding Menu Printing cards?
We recommend beginning your design process 2-3 weeks before your big day with the view to have your order ready to print 10 days before it's needed. However, if your Wedding Menu Printing cards aren't dependent on who's attending, there's no reason to not be super organised and order your Wedding Menu Printing cards months in advance.
-
Do you offer matching table stationery?
Yes. We can help with anything you need printed for your wedding, even if it's not available in our shop. We can ensure your designs match and accept most bespoke requests. In our shop you'll find all the essential wedding day items, place cards, table name cards, welcome signs, order of service booklets and more. If there's something you require that you can't see in our shop, please get in touch and we'll let you know what we can do.
