Artwork guidance
If your design includes a photograph, we recommend uploading a high-resolution image for best results. Please note that darker areas may print slightly deeper due to the light coating on the card.

Each order includes a custom design stage, allowing time to create and prepare your artwork before print.

Your design will be completed within 3–5 working days. Once approved, your order will be printed and dispatched within 1–4 working days.

All items are packed securely using protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement as a priority.

You can design your stationery in whichever way suits you best.

You’re welcome to use our online design tool to add your wording and layout, or you can send your wording to us and we’ll take care of the design for you.

To create your custom illustration, please submit a clear photo of your venue using the upload link provided, or email it to studio@taverncreative.com after placing your order.

Once your design and venue photo are received, we’ll create your artwork and send a proof for approval before print.

  • How do I personalise my wedding thank you cards?

    We can create your design for you. Simply send us your wording and design requirements and we'll show you your thank you card design for approval before print. Email you venue photo to studio@taverncreative.com and we'll create your venue drawing in 3-5 working days.

  • What size are your Wedding Thank You Cards?

    All of Wedding Thank You Cards are A6 when folded shut. That's 148x105mm (approximately 6x4").

    The envelopes are C6, which is a perfect size for an A6 card - 162x114mm.

    We think this is the perfect size for a Wedding Thank You Card, but if you would like a different size, let us know and we'll be happy to create a custom order for you.

  • How thick are your Wedding Thank You Cards?

    All of our Wedding Thank You Cards are printed on a 300gsm, white card stock with a subtle texture. Old MIll Bianco is luxurious, a great thickness and works well with all of our designs.

    If you would prefer a different card for your Wedding Thank You Cards please let us know when you place your order. We can change your Wedding Thank You Card card stock to an white card stock with a subtle coating on the outside or if you'd like something custom, just let us know and we'll be happy to source it for you.

  • Do the Wedding Thank You Cards come with envelopes?

    All Wedding Thank You Cards are supplied with matching envelopes. Our envelopes are available in a range of colours. All Wedding Thank You Card envelopes are high quality and compliment our range of designs perfectly. With the exception of our Kraft and Blush colours, all envelope papers are made using GF Smith Colorplan papers.

  • When should I send my wedding thank you cards?

    We recommend sending your wedding thank you cards within 3 months of your wedding. However if you're using a professional photographer, wait until you have your wedding photos back, even if this is longer than 3 months. This will ensure your wedding thank you cards look their best. If you're eager to get your thank you cards out, it may be worth asking your photographer for one photo before the bulk to use on your thank you cards. Top Tip: When opening your wedding gifts and cards, make a note of what each guest gifted you so it's easy to remember when you come to thank them.

  • Can I add additional photos to my Wedding Thank You Cards?

    Yes you're welcome to add as many photos as you like on all sides of the thank you card design. This includes the reverse. There's no additional charge for this. On the contrary, if you'd prefer a thank you card design without any photos, let us know and we'll be happy to adapt the template for you.
