Printed on premium textured card and supplied with kraft envelopes, it’s perfect for rustic barns, outdoor celebrations or nature-inspired wedding themes. Once you’ve placed your order, send us your wording and we’ll create your design for approval before print. Nothing is printed until you are completely happy with the proof.

You’re welcome to include any details you need - timings, accommodation, gifts, transport, menus, or anything else. The layout can be adjusted to suit any length of wording, so feel free to send everything across and we’ll format it beautifully for you.

If you have your own QR code, you’re welcome to provide it. Alternatively, we can create one for digital RSVPs or additional details; just send the link when you share your wording.

Envelopes Included
Kraft envelopes are included free with every invitation order. These are recycled with a diamond gummed flap.
If you’d prefer a different envelope colour, please get in touch for current stock options.
If you don’t need envelopes, let us know when you order and we’ll leave them out.

If you need additional space for extended wording, you can upgrade to our gatefold format using the drop-down menu. This provides three internal panels, perfect for itineraries, maps, accommodation details or longer information.

Proofing Notes
You’ll receive a digital proof to check all wording, layout and spelling before print. We won’t print anything until you’ve approved it.

Wording Flexibility
All invitations are custom-designed from your wording. Whether your details are short and simple or long and detailed, we will tailor the layout to ensure everything fits clearly and elegantly.

Colour Matching
Most designs, colours and fonts can be adjusted to suit your theme. If you have a preference, please check with us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to confirm what’s possible.

Optional Photo Upload
Although our standard designs do not include photographs, we can incorporate a photo if you would like one added. Please send the highest-resolution image available for the best print result.

Card Stock

All of our Botanical Frame Wedding Invitation – Wild Greenery Design with Kraft Envelopes are printed on a 350gsm, off-white, uncoated card stock with a subtle texture. Old Mill Bianco is our signature card. It's luxurious, a great thickness and works well with all of our designs.

We can change your wedding invitation card stock to a smooth high white, a one-side coated card stock or if you'd like something custom, just let us know and we'll be happy to source it for you.

Envelopes

All wedding invitations are supplied with matching envelopes. Our envelopes are available in a range 9 colours. All wedding invitation envelopes are high quality and compliment our range of designs perfectly. With the exception of our Kraft and Blush colours, all envelope papers are made usingGF Smith Colorplan papers.

Delivery

We ship all full invitation orders with DHL Express. This service is fast, fully tracked and very reliable.

The estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

  • UK: 1-2 Working Days
  • Europe: 2-4 Working Days
  • USA: 1-4 Working Days
  • Everywhere Else: 2-6 Working Days.

Sample wedding invitations are sent with 1st class post and the estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

  • UK: 1-4 Working Days
  • Europe: 8-12 Working Days
  • USA: 8-16 Working Days
  • Everywhere Else: 10-20 Working Days

This service isn't tracked, but is very reliable. You're welcome to upgrade your wedding invitation sample order to Express Delivery at the checkout.

You can create your wedding invitation design before or after you place your order.*

We have 2 ways to create your design:

  1. You can create your design yourself using our online design tool. Once purchased, we'll pair your order with your design and send you a confirmation email before print.
  2. We can create your design for you. Simply send us your wording and design requirements and we'll show you your wedding invitation design for approval before print.

  • What size are your Wedding Invitations?

    The size of your wedding invitations will depend on the format you choose.

    Single Card Invitations: 7x5" (127x177mm), supplied with matching 7x5" envelopes.

    All In One Invitations: When folded shut they are A6 (148x105mm). When laid flat, the 4 panels measure 148x420mm, supplied with matching C6 envelopes.

    Gatefold Invitations: When folded shut they are 7x5" (127x77mm), supplied with matching 7x5" envelopes.

  • How thick are your Wedding Invitations?

  • When should I order my Wedding Invitations?

    We always recommend ordering your wedding invitations 6-12 months before your big day. This gives your guests enough time to pencil in your date and ensure they are able to attend. If you're sending save the date cards, you can leave it a little later as your guests will already be aware of your date by the time they receive your wedding invitation. By contrast, if you're having a destination wedding, we advise sending them out by the 12 month to go mark as your guests will have a lot more to consider and plan if travelling abroad. These estimates do vary by culture, for example the advice in the US is to send your invitations out around 6 weeks before your wedding. Ultimately the choice is yours, based on your guests and requirements.

  • Do you offer matching insert cards?

    Yes we can create any size insert card for all of our wedding invitations format. These include menus, RSVPs, gift wish cards, guest information and more. Insert cards are a great way to turn your single card invitations and gatefold invitations into a wedding invitation suite or wedding invitation bundle. If you opt for our All In One format, you probably won't need additional insert cards. The front of the invite has 4 panels to play with and you're welcome to print on the reverse of the invitations too, for no additional charge.
