On the other hand, for personalised items, the timeline may vary based on the processing requirements of the gift you've selected. As a general guideline, most personalised gift items typically necessitate a production time of 2 to 4 days for design and creation. Once your order has reached the readiness for shipping, we guarantee dispatch within one working day. If you're in a rush, we highly recommend considering our express delivery option during the checkout process. This will ensure your gifts reach you even more swiftly.

Non-personalised gifts can be returned for a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving them. Please contact us within this period to initiate a return. Personalised gifts are non-refundable once the design has been approved and signed off. We provide a design proof for review and approval before printing, and any discrepancies in the approved design cannot be refunded or returned.
