What to expect

Card Stock

All of our save the dates are printed on a 350gsm, off-white, uncoated card stock with a subtle texture. Old Mill Bianco is our signature card. It's luxurious, a great thickness and works well with all of our designs.

If you would prefer a different card for your save the date cards please let us know when you place your order. We can change your save the dates card stock to a smooth high white, a one-side coated card stock or if you'd like something custom, just let us know and we'll be happy to source it for you.

Envelopes

All save the dates are supplied with matching envelopes. Our envelopes are available in a range colours. All Save The Date envelopes are high quality and compliment our range of designs perfectly. With the exception of our Kraft and Blush colours, all envelope papers are made using GF Smith Colorplan papers.

Delivery

Our shipping services are fast, fully tracked and very reliable.

Choose your delivery option at the checkout. Estimated delivery times vary, dependent on your location.

Size

Our save the date cards are A6 size. That's 148x105mm, or approximately 6x4 inches.

Our save the date envelopes are C6, which is 162x114mm.

If you'd like your save the dates printed in a different size, please get in touch for a custom quotation.

  • How do I personalise my save the dates?

    We have 2 ways to create your design:

    1. You can create your design yourself using our online design tool. Once purchased, we'll pair your order with your design and send you a confirmation email before print.
    2. We can create your design for you. Simply send us your wording and design requirements and we'll show you your save the date design for approval before print.

  • What size are your save the dates?

    All of our save the dates are A6 postcard size. That's 148x105mm (approximately 6x4").

    The envelopes are C6, which is a perfect size for an A6 card - 162x114mm.

    We think this is the perfect size for a save the date card, but if you would like a different size, let us know and we'll be happy to create a custom order for you.

  • When should I order my save the dates?

    We always recommend ordering your save the dates 10-14 months before your big day. This gives your guests enough time to pencil in your date and ensure they are able to attend. This estimate does vary by culture, for example the advice in the US is to send your invitations and save the dates a little closer to the wedding day. Ultimately the choice is yours, based on your guests and requirements.

  • Can I add information on the reverse of my save the dates?

    Yes, you're welcome to include as much or a little information as you want on your save the dates. This includes printing on the reverse for no additional charge. Here you can include additional guest information, a website link, a QR code or anything else you may need to let you guests know.
